The story of the quilt walk

I admit it--I hate to cut into my fabric.

If I have a project I pull out my fabric go through it all then order new fabric so I don't have to cut into my stash.  I thought there was something wrong with me until I saw this on Pinterest today.

Speaking of pinterest, I love to look through my pins and see all the things I like, while going through my computer, I found a file that had some quilt pictures  saved. I had not seen these for a while.  I love these quilts and wanted to share them with you.  If they are yours or you know who's they are let me know so I can give credit.

I love this and it is on my wish list.  I think this one may be one of Sherri M's from her blog. I found this one it is a Thimble Blossoms pattern called "a la mode."

This is such a great quilt.  I think it might be one of Bonnie and Camile's

  1. Thanks for helping me realize what I am...a fabric collector! I feel much less guilty now.

  2. it sometimes takes me awhile to cut into fabric but eventually I do - it just takes awhile to figure out what to make sometimes to it doesn't "ruin" the fabric :)

  3. I have a hard time cutting into my stash too. Same thing about using my scrapbook paper. What if I need it later?
